TÜTARLAPSED U-17

1.Soome - 3 võitu; 2.Eesti - 2 võitu; 3.Läti – 1 võit; 4.Leedu - 0 võitu.
Eesti naiskonda kuulusid: Laura Luik, Birgit Lillestik, Jaanika Veldre, Minna Mari Lett, Helena Lemmats, Keit Viitkin, Tatjana Poljatsihhina, Liisel Nelis, Merlin Hurt, Gertu Vider, Pille-Riin Saarepere ja Kerli Kunst.
Treenerid Margit Kööbi ja Merle Keerutaja.
Turniiri parem mängija Eesti naiskonnas: Helena Lemmats

Balti matši arvestuses jätsid esikoha (Soome osales väljaspool arvestust) koju U-19 ja U-17 tüdrukud ning U-18 vanuseklassi poisid. Tiitlit kaitsnud U-20 noormehed pidid aga tunnistama lätlaste paremust.
Kokkuvõttes teenis aga üldvõidu kolm esikohta napsanud Soome.

R E G L A M E N T

1. PURPOSE AND AIM
1.1 To promote the volleyball game among youth teams
1.2 To check the readiness of the teams to participate in European Championships

2. TIME AND VENUE
2.1 Competition will be held from 23th to 25th October 2009 in Estonia, Pärnu
Arrival: 23.10.2009
Departure: 25.10.2009
2.2 Competition will be held in two age groups for youth teams (boys and girls) as follows:
A group: for participants born in 1991 – 1992 (boys) and 1992 – 1993 (girls)
B group: for participants born in 1993 – 1994 (boys) and 1994 – 1995 (girls)

3. BODIES RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPETITIONS:
The Volleyball Federation of Estonia approved panel of referees will be responsible for organizing of “Youth Baltic Cup 2009” competitions.

4. RULES
Competitions will be held according the FIVB Rules of the game with official FIVB approved ball MIKASA MVA 200. The members of each team have the same colour of uniforms.

5. PARTICIPANTS:
Girls group A - Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland (extra invitation)
Boys group A - Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland (extra invitation)
Girls group B - Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland (extra invitation)
Boys group B - Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland (extra invitation)

Each team is composed of maximum 14 members (12 players and 2 coach). Besides teams members for whole delegation is allowed 1 (one) head of delegation – all together 57 members for each delegation

6. METHOD OF COMPETITIONS
Every team will play against each other team.
Allocation of points:
- match won 2 points
- match lost 1 point
In the case of equal points, teams shall be settled according the quotient of sets won and lost. In case of equal the quotient of points won and lost in all matches shall be taken into consideration. In the case of equal quotient teams shall be settled according to the result of the match played between the teams in question.
A match will be accounted for a lost by 0 - 3 (0-25; 0-25; 0-25) if the team will not be registered to the match.

7. PRIZE OF HONOR:
7.1.The team gains the 1st Place wins the Cup.
7.2.The three teams with the highest ranking receives a diploma and the players and coaches receive medals.
7.3.The three best players in each age group will be awarded with an individual prize.

8. ENTRY FORMS:
The participating team has to register for participating by October 12 this year at Volleyball Federation of Estonia.
